Great News! The roads in our complex are redone. The first phase began with the Courts. The best part of the process was that all the work was done using the reserves of the HOA. The first phase which included replacing the concrete curbing with Belgian Blocks and repaving the street from the Gatehouse to the circle, including Courts 1, 2, 3, and 4, was completed by the end of October. 2021. The second phase was the upper area and was completed in September last year. Enjoy the smooth, new roadways but please do not speed.
Here are items we are consistently asked to address by homeowners:
Please do not litter on your streets. Cigarette butts, coffee cups, broken car parts, (yes that's correct!) empty bottles etc. have no place in our community. You wouldn't like it if other residents littered on or near your home. Use your trash cans or the trash containers near the Clubhouse. New cameras are being installed to monitor our streets. Violators will be found!
