Roads RepavedGreat News! The roads in our complex are redone. The first phase began with the Courts. The best part of the process was that all the work was done using the reserves of the HOA. The first phase which included replacing the concrete curbing with Belgian Blocks and repaving the street from the Gatehouse to the circle, including Courts 1, 2, 3, and 4, was completed by the end of October. 2021. The second phase was the upper area and was completed in September last year. Enjoy the smooth, new roadways but please do not speed.

Pool to open for Summer 2025Our Pool opens again for the Summer at the end of May 2025. Please log in soon and view the pool hours, pool rules and the new requirement for pool passes. This information will be updated closer to the opening date.

Please take safety precautions ATTENTION WINCHESTER VILLAGE RESIDENTS: The Yonkers Recycling Center 735 Saw Mill River Road will be open until 9 pm Monday 10/25 for residents to pick up sandbags if you think you may need them ! The incoming storm on Tuesday could be very severe and we should all err on the side of caution. Stay Safe |

New HOA President electedFollowing the Annual Elections held on 8 July 2021, the HOA Board met and selected Raymond Tabano as President, Gina Mastrangelo as Vice-President/Treasurer and Denice Manzo as Secretary. The newly-elected Board members are Louis Calvelli, Henry Cerbone, who join existing Board members Rose Fink and Nick Plakas. Various other Committees are now being formed. |

Tree Trimming TimeWeather permitting it will soon be TREE TRIMMING time. Thereafter it's GUTTERS to be cleaned. Exact dates about GUTTERS will be communicated to all residents so shades and blinds can be drawn to protect privacy. Enjoy the coming Summer! |

ClubHouse A/C replacementAll AIR CONDITIONING UNITS at the clubhouse is being replaced. There will be no AIR CONDITIONING upstairs and downstairs Monday 29 July and possibly Tuesday 30 July. More specific information will follow as the process gets underway.

Be a Good NeighborHere are items we are consistently asked to address by homeowners: Please do not litter on your streets. Cigarette butts, coffee cups, broken car parts, (yes that's correct!) empty bottles etc. have no place in our community. You wouldn't like it if other residents littered on or near your home. Use your trash cans or the trash containers near the Clubhouse. New cameras are being installed to monitor our streets. Violators will be found! |

Let It Snow, Let It Snow...Labriola snow plows will be here 24 hours a day to keep all of our roads as clean and clear as possible for us to get in and out of our property. They are aware of 1st Responders and will get to them when they come in Driveways and walkways begin sometime after the snow fall stops. The more snow, the longer it may take to begin. Contractually they have 14 hours to clear our driveways and walkways once they begin. In the event of a power failure, our emergency number is: 525 6150 Stay Warm! |

Lawn FungusOur Lanscaping contractor tells us that the lawn fungus on our property will disappear as the days get longer
and cooler. This fungus will not ruin our bushes and shrubs. The Board will consider the possibility of amending our contract for next year to include early preventative spraying. It’s very expensive. More about that in future meetings considering our future monthly charges. |
